




Job Summary: We are seeking a PFEP Engineer to create, manage, and optimize the Material Flow Plan of Record (POR) for a strategic project. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the creation and optimization of the Material Flow Plan of Record (POR). 2. Conduct material flow analysis and define internal delivery methods. 3. Support Change Management and track key KPIs. We are looking for a **Plan For Every Part Engineer (PFEP)** to join a strategic project, supporting the creation, management, and optimization of the Material Flow Plan of Record (POR) throughout the program. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain the Material Flow Plan of Record, including delivery man assignments, internal routes, and flow from dock to line. * Conduct material flow analysis: inbound delivery methods, dock and trailer analysis, gate capacity studies, storage allocation, and trailer pack-outs. * Maintain up-to-date PFEP information, including containers, scrolls, min/max levels, supplier data, and transportation data. * Define internal delivery methods such as forklift, AGC, conveyor, small-lot, and over-the-road. * Execute simulations, congestion analysis, density reviews, and flow scenario evaluations. * Maintain records of open issues, checklists, Kaizen Journal, routes, dock information, and storage data. * Support Change Management processes related to containers, scrolls, routes, and POR updates. * Prepare and monitor KPIs related to FIFO, Fork-Free, dock utilization, storage utilization, kits, and sequenced parts. **Requirements** * Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Prior experience in PFEP, Material Flow, or Logistics Engineering. * Proficiency in Flow Planner, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (Excel and Access). * Knowledge of ODCICS2 systems (Engineering & EBOM). * Ability to interpret routes, densities, delivery methods, and warehouse configurations. * Analytical skills, organizational ability, data management, and effective communication. * Ability to work in dynamic environments with frequent POR changes. **Benefits** * Base salary * Major Medical Expense Insurance (including dental and vision plans) * 15-day Christmas bonus (aguinaldo) * 25% vacation premium * 12 vacation days (starting from the first year) * Social security insurance * PTU / Profit-sharing * Bi-weekly food vouchers Employment type: Full-time, Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract duration: 12 months Benefits: * Employee referral program * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Food vouchers Application question(s): * Please indicate your gross monthly salary expectation (pre-tax) Experience: * AutoCAD: 5 years (Desirable) * PFEP (Plan for every part): 5 years (Desirable) * Material Flow: 5 years (Desirable) Language: * English (Mandatory) License/Certification: * Professional degree (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
