NESTLÉ TOLUCA FACTORY **PAC** IS SEEKING GENERAL ASSISTANTS REQUIREMENTS: * Completed elementary or secondary education * Availability for rotating shifts: 6 days work, 1 day off during the week * Minimum 3 months of experience in production areas * Interested candidates should go to the Nestlé factory (entrance via cafés, going down the pedestrian bridge) from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm with application form and identification. Responsibilities: Responsible for learning how to properly pack and stack products on various required production lines, assisting in cleaning the area and machines according to line standards, correctly operating the stretch wrapper, ensuring proper pallet arrangement in the finished product area, and also recovering quality-blocked products by correctly following standardized processes. A day in the life of...* Properly pack finished products coming from cartoners and/or packagers, ensuring correct quantities of sachets/displays/corrugated materials when stacking, according to the specification sheet of each assigned production line. * Assist in cleaning the area and equipment on the required line by strictly following the step-by-step cleaning checklist. * Help with format changes and basic machine maintenance (deep cleaning), following instructions from the shift leader, technician in charge, and/or the main operator of the line. * Recover quality-blocked products by correctly following established quality and safety procedures. * Understand the operating principles of the strapping machine and manual loading pallet jack, identify associated operational risks, and continuously undergo training.
