Job Summary: We are seeking an In-Home Collection Officer with energy and field experience to perform collection and account negotiation activities at customers' residences. Key Highlights: 1. We seek energetic talent with field experience to join us as an **In-Home Collection Officer**. **Your responsibilities with us:** * Conduct direct collection activities at customers' residences. * Negotiate and follow up on accounts for portfolio recovery. * Perform 100% field-based work. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school diploma. * **Experience:** Mandatory experience in in-home (field) collections. * **Work tool:** Personal car or motorcycle. **What we offer** * **Base salary:** $12,700 monthly (pre-tax). * **Commission structure:** Average of **$15,000 biweekly**, based on performance! * **Additional support:** * Vehicle wear-and-tear allowance: Car ($2,500\) or Motorcycle ($1,250\). * Transportation allowance: $500 weekly. * **Job stability:** Initial probationary contract with potential transition to permanent employment (indefinite term). * **Statutory benefits** from day one. **Additional benefits (starting from the 6th month):** * Major Medical Expenses Insurance (MMEI). * Life insurance. * Access to PAE Line (psychological, medical, and legal assistance). * Profit-sharing. * University and gym partnership agreements and discounts. * Funeral service discounts. **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. * Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
