Job Summary: We are seeking a Pawn Advisor to acquire and retain customers, deliver excellent service, conduct pawn item appraisals, and execute commercial strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Morelos at Isidro Fabela)** **Main Responsibilities** * Acquire and retain customers (field activities and telephone follow-up). * Deliver excellent customer service and attention, including pawn item appraisals. * Execute commercial strategies: promotions, price adjustments, flyer distribution. * Attract customers both inside and outside the Point of Sale. **Requirements** * Knowledge of: Sales, door-to-door sales (cambaceo), basic Excel. * Experience: Customer service, sales, pawnbroking, field work (cambaceo), retail. * Skills: Teamwork, responsibility. Availability to undergo one week of training in Mexico City, with all expenses covered. **Value Proposition** * $2,592 Weekly \+ Variable Commissions * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, Vacation bonus Year-end bonus of 15 days per year, increasing with seniority.
