Join a company with a vision for growth and stability! **What Will You Do in This Role?** You will be a key contributor to our manufacturing process, operating and optimizing our state-of-the-art laser machinery. * Operate and supervise CNC laser cutting machines (SENFENG brand) efficiently and safely. * Interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and work instructions. * Load and program design files (DXF, DWG) into the machine’s control software (e.g., BySoft, TruTops). * Perform machine setup: select and calibrate the cutting head, position and level the sheet metal, adjust parameters (power, speed, frequency). * Manage materials: selection, handling of consumables (gases such as N2, O2), and nesting optimization to minimize waste. * Conduct first-piece and in-process quality inspections using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers). * Perform basic and preventive machine maintenance (cleaning lenses and mirrors, replacing nozzles). * Maintain an orderly and safe workplace, adhering to all established protocols. **What Are We Looking For?
