Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León. **Job Objective** * To comprehensively manage billing and collections processes. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. * Proficiency in electronic invoicing systems and accounting software. * Proficiency in accounting software **CONTPAQi and Excel (intermediate/advanced level)**. * Knowledge of CFDI, tax-related procedures, and administrative processes. * Experience in accounts receivable and collections. * High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-up capability. * Strong communication skills with clients. **Functions and Responsibilities** **Billing and CFDI** * Issuance, stamping, distribution, and control of CFDIs (invoices, payment complements, and credit notes). * Verification of tax requirements (tax information, CFDI usage, payment method and form). * Control and tracking of issued, cancelled, and pending invoices. * Review and correction of errors according to SAT guidelines. * Client and supplier support regarding clarifications related to electronic invoicing. * Management and safekeeping of XML and PDF files. \* * **Collections** * Registration, control, and tracking of accounts receivable. * Follow-up and recovery of overdue receivables. * Contact with clients for payment reminders and collection management. * Management of credit notes, returns, and clarifications. * Preparation of periodic reports on the status of receivables.
