




Main Responsibilities: Keep the inventory control of files, materials, and administrative tools used in the Human Resources department up to date. Support the organization and filing of documentation for active employees and candidates. Record and monitor movements of materials, forms, and resources used in recruitment and selection processes. Collaborate with the Talent Attraction team in preparing materials, reports, or administrative information. Assist in internal audits of documentation and department resource controls. Comply with internal procedures and policies regarding confidentiality and information handling. \-\-\- Requirements: Completed high school diploma or technical/administrative career (preferred). Minimum of 6 months of experience in administrative tasks, inventory management, or human resources. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word). Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.
