Position Summary: We are seeking an EH&S (Environment, Health & Safety) Supervisor for administrative control and field supervision, ensuring orderly documentation and compliance with preventive measures on site. We seek passionate professionals with the following profile: **EH&S Supervisor – Construction Site** **Position Objective:** Administrative control of safety and field supervision, ensuring orderly documentation and compliance with preventive measures at the worksite. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Support implementation of the Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) plan. * Administrative control of safety documentation (files, DC-3 forms, records). * Operational field supervision to verify safe acts and conditions. * Use of digital tools for report management and conversion (PDF, Office). * Monitoring compliance with applicable Mexican regulations. * Support in preparing reports and assisting the Site Supervisor. **Requirements:** * Industrial, Environmental, Civil or related Engineering degree. * Professional degree (Mandatory). * English: minimum 50% proficiency. **Competencies and Skills:** * Active Communication * Teamwork * Administrative Control * Commitment * Organization and Attention to Detail **Knowledge:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in the role (industrial safety/construction). * Knowledge of Mexican regulations (**STPS, SEMARNAT**). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Document editing and conversion tools (Adobe PDF, PSF). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Expenses Insurance and Life Insurance after first year of service * Savings Fund * Work tools: Laptop and mobile phone **Work Location:** Toluca, State of Mexico. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (1-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
