We are looking for a ***QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ENGINEER***, responsible for supervising that the organization's various processes comply with established quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering / Business Administration * Minimum 1 year of experience * Training in ISO 9001:2015 * Implementation of internal audits * Document control * Quality tools * Flowcharts and process mapping **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor compliance with QMS performance indicators. * Design and implement Control Plans. * Review and analyze documented information. * Review and analyze corrective action requests. * Supervise that activities across various processes comply with established quality standards. * Document and record potential deviations that may arise in different process areas. * Propose continuous improvement actions to mitigate potential deviations that may arise in different process areas. * Support internal and external audit processes. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits from day one * Direct employment contract with full IMSS contributions * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
