




We are looking for talent!! **Objective:** Ensure the proper administration, control, and development of company personnel by efficiently executing payroll processes, employee admissions and terminations, vacation control, talent acquisition, and HR document management, guaranteeing compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in Human Resources areas, with comprehensive handling of administrative and operational processes. **Knowledge**: * Payroll and attendance incidents (handling SUA, IDSE, and IMSS portal). * Employee admissions, terminations, and modifications with IMSS. * Vacation, leave, and absenteeism control. * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative personnel. * ERP system usage (any enterprise management system). * Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, databases). **Main Responsibilities** * Manage the complete payroll process, ensuring accurate calculations and compliance with tax and labor obligations. * Control and record employee admissions, terminations, modifications, and movements with IMSS and other relevant institutions. Supervise and manage employee vacations, incidents, and leave requests. • * Carry out recruitment and selection processes: job postings, interviews, testing, and report preparation. * Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR administrative documentation. * Manage physical and digital employee files, ensuring information confidentiality. * Support training, onboarding, and employee evaluation activities. * Create reports and analyses in Excel for departmental indicators. * Maintain constant and effective communication with different departments within the company. **We Offer** * **Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium, social security, INFONAVIT).** * **Work schedule: Monday to Friday (48 hours per week).** * **Additional benefits
