Database updating and report generation RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department. * Prepare, review, and track personnel administrative documentation. * Update employee databases, contracts, and internal transfers. * Assist in organizing personnel files and document archiving. * Generate administrative reports related to hiring, terminations, and internal control. * Support operational activities of the department to ensure proper functioning of internal processes. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum education: high school diploma. * Basic knowledge of Excel. * Organizational and follow-up skills. * Commitment and orderliness. * Effective communication and proactive attitude.
