




Provide legal advice and assistance in **labor law**, ensuring compliance with current legislation, proper management of labor relations, and timely handling of legal matters related to the company’s personnel. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Legal advice on individual and collective labor law matters. * Drafting, reviewing, and monitoring employment contracts. * Handling and monitoring employee terminations, final settlements (finiquitos), and separations. * Support in proceedings before labor authorities (mediations, hearings, summonses). * Preparation of administrative minutes and labor documentation. * Preventive legal advice to minimize labor risks. * Coordination with the Human Resources department on labor legal matters. * Case file tracking and document control. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in Law (graduated or completing graduation requirements). * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Labor Law. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * Experience managing labor mediations and procedures before authorities. * Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
