A metal-mechanical company specializing in the fabrication of heavy-gauge stainless steel tanks is seeking: Quality Control Manager: Requirements: * Education: Industrial Engineer (degree holder) * Age: between 35 and 45 years old * Advanced English Experience: * Minimum 3 years in a Quality Management role within the metal-mechanical industry. (Mandatory) * High-level comprehension and interpretation of ASME, ASNT, ASTM, AWS, NBIC, and API codes. (Mandatory) * Proven track record with ASME quality management systems * Application of NDT and evaluation of results for UT, MT, PT, and RT techniques. * Implementation of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Control Systems * Quality project management. * Leadership in quality functions for stainless steel equipment fabrication projects * Leading multidisciplinary teams. * Root cause analysis to resolve manufacturing quality issues * Planning of inspections throughout the manufacturing process Responsibilities: * Develop project-specific Quality Control Plans and associated plans. * Supervise the application of quality control measures on equipment across various production phases. * Determine measurement and detection methods for potential risks to prevent equipment failures. * Maintain documentary control of equipment. * Develop quality procedures to ensure compliance with policies and achieve customer satisfaction. * Manage the instrument calibration program * Conduct incoming inspection of major components and other received materials as defined in the ITP or relevant receiving inspection plan, and verify records/documents. * Perform visual weld inspection and complete welding documentation. * Witness hydrostatic tests and interpret test results. * Monitor production operations to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Conduct final inspection and quality control of assembled vessels * Ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, related international standards, and customer-defined quality expectations. * Track and manage customer complaints. * Propose continuous improvement actions We Offer: Competitive Salary Monday to Friday Schedule Excellent Work Environment Statutory and Above-Statutory Benefits Position Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Grocery vouchers Experience: * QUALITY IN METAL-MECHANICAL INDUSTRY: 3 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
