




Job Summary: Mechanical Technician responsible for performing automotive repairs, maintaining cleanliness and order, using safety equipment, and undergoing continuous training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for automotive repairs according to work orders. 2. Maintain customers’ vehicles and belongings with care and cleanliness. 3. Continuous training and updating of product knowledge. **MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN** · Install protective covers in the engine area (fender protector/front protector) to ensure constant care and cleanliness of the vehicle. · Perform assigned tasks in accordance with instructions noted on the repair order, as assigned by the Service Advisor or Shop Foreman, within the specified time. · Timely track each and every assigned repair through Volkswagen LIVE and sign the inspection checklist upon completion of the assigned task. · Maintain and care for vehicles and their belongings under personalized service (as if they were one’s own). · Keep uniform clean and in proper condition to avoid soiling vehicle interiors. · Use personal protective equipment and vehicle-specific safety equipment for all assigned tasks. · Report any difficulties encountered during task execution to the Shop Foreman and Service Advisor. · Code labor operations according to ELSA or based on actual productive time averages. · Record performed operations in maintenance logs or on the vehicle’s travel card immediately after execution. · Inform the Shop Foreman and note on the repair order any additional defects identified during repairs; simultaneously notify the Service Advisor. · Store removed parts in sealed transparent bags and place them in the trunk—except hazardous waste—for customer delivery. · Maintain a clean and orderly workplace, as well as personal appearance. · Ensure tools are always in perfect working condition; report damaged tools or losses to the Shop Foreman. · Train and supervise assigned apprentices or technical assistants. · Attend internal training programs and stay updated on product changes. · Receive and inspect new replacement parts from the Workshop Counter before executing previously authorized material requisitions. · Attend courses and training sessions convened by VWM for Dealer Network personnel, as well as internal courses provided by the dealership. Education Level: Automotive Technical Program.
