Leadership in personnel management and problem resolution We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor. Requirements: \* Industrial or Automotive Engineering degree \* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position Objective: Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all collection and distribution trips to ensure maximum operational efficiency. Key Activities: \* Arrange staff replacements due to absenteeism. \* Schedule food collection and distribution routes. \* Monitor GPS on established routes. \* Generate vehicle entry and exit reports. \* Coordinate cleaning activities. \* Inspect vehicle and cleaning area cleaning activities. \* Schedule vehicle downtime for maintenance. \* Optimize vehicle fleet utilization. \* Notify workers of charges for breakdowns and/or negligence. \* Ensure correct vehicle handover and receipt. \* Conduct corresponding vehicle inspections (aesthetic and mechanical) and generate the relevant records. \* Ensure compliance with diesel and gasoline vehicle maintenance schedules. \* Monitor fuel efficiency. \* Generate and manage material and supply requisitions for vehicle fleet operations. \* Verify availability of vehicle key duplicates. \* Conduct cash inventory. Skills: \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. \* Database management skills. \* Knowledge of analysis and problem-solving techniques. \* Basic mechanical knowledge. \* Personnel management (effective leadership). \* Mechanical maintenance.
