Job Summary: We are seeking a Resident Architect to supervise, control, and report daily progress on construction projects, supporting quality control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily supervision and control at construction site 2. Support in quality control and drawing review 3. Personnel management and field activities We seek a **Resident Architect** to support daily project execution and control. **Responsibilities** * Daily field supervision * Progress documentation * Support in quality control * Basic drawing review * Daily construction reports * Personnel control and activity assignment **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture * **2+ years of on-site experience** * Basic knowledge of construction processes * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Microsoft Office **We Offer:** * Base salary * Per diems * Construction bonus * Statutory benefits **Project Location:** Huejotzingo, Puebla. **Project Duration:** 5 months Employment Type: Full-time, Project-based or Fixed-term Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
