We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional and personal growth for all our employees. **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Monitor and control quality parameters during the production process. * Apply statistical tools for process control (SPC) and trend analysis. * Conduct root cause analysis in response to deviations or non-conformities. * Interpret control charts and quality certificates for raw materials and finished products. * Perform traceability exercises to ensure identification and tracking of batches. * Maintain up-to-date documentation control of procedures, records, and technical specifications. * Participate in the implementation and maintenance of the HACCP system and food safety programs. * Verify compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP) and hygiene policies. * Prepare technical reports on control results and improvement suggestions. **POSITION PURPOSE** * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and traceability standards in bakery production processes through process control, statistical data analysis, and application of continuous improvement methodologies. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 6 months of experience. * Gender: Indistinct. * Education: Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Business Administration.
