The candidate will be responsible for supervising process and service installations in a production laboratory. Location: **Toluca** **RESPONSIBILITIES** 1.- Quote process installations (compressed air, nitrogen, chilled water, hot water, automation). 2.- Quote service installation activities (fire protection systems, potable water, medium and low voltage electrical systems). 3.- Supervise installations during execution. 4.- Carefully review and correct engineering drawings with a critical eye for detail, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards. 5.- Work closely with the engineering team to facilitate progress on drawings and deliverables, providing constructive feedback and guidance. 6.- Proactively identify and address potential quality issues and areas for improvement in design, documentation, and construction processes. 7.- Ensure proper planning and execution of electrical, mechanical, and special installations for a project using project management methodologies. 8.- Coordinate with project designers. 9.- Perform value engineering to achieve cost and time optimizations. 10.- Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and meeting the quality standards established in the project plan. 11.- Prepare and present progress reports to clients. 12.- Develop comprehensive construction schedules as well as specialized schedules, ensuring integration of the schedule across all disciplines. **PROFILE** * Degree in MEP Engineering or related field. * More than 3 years of proven experience in MEP engineering with a focus on quality control. * Proficiency in Revit software is essential. * Exceptional attention to detail and a critical eye for quality. * Strong project management skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. * Proficiency in Revit software is essential. * Exceptional attention to detail and a critical eye for quality. * Experience in supervision of installations. * Knowledge of planning and execution of installations from at least one complete industrial project.
