REQUIREMENTS: * State-issued Class A driver's license * Availability to travel as required by operations (minimum 7 days per month) * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or Logistics * Proficiency in platforms: Zoom, digital calendar, intermediate Excel, ASPEL SAE EXPERIENCE: * Personnel management * Inventory management * Shipment handling * Management and control of invoices, credit notes, and waybills * Route planning for deliveries RESPONSIBILITIES: * Management of warehouse inbound and outbound operations * Management of chemical collection and transfer, including proper documentation * Proper storage conditions * Cyclical inventory counts; validation of physical vs. digital movements * Standardization of product recovery processes * Accurate physical and documented product dispatch COMPETENCIES: * Adaptability to change * Compliance with regulations * Commitment * Initiative * Integrity * Leadership * Results orientation * Problem-solving OFFERING: * Comprehensive compensation package: base monthly salary + bonuses + savings fund + food vouchers = $25,000 gross * Biweekly payroll * Statutory benefits: social security, year-end bonus, vacation, paternity leave, paid holidays * Tools provided: laptop computer, wireless headset, mobile phone * Continuous learning, procedure-based work, and training
