We are seeking a Visual and Display Leader for our Plaza Patio branch. Job Objective: Ensure consistency across the store’s entire visual image to contribute to “The Shopping Experience” and achievement of established sales targets. Responsibilities: * Supervise product display quality in accordance with marketing manuals to facilitate purchasing decisions. * Ensure window displays, signage, tips, and planograms are assembled according to Corporate Marketing guidelines to boost sales. * Ensure execution of ADT S activities related to the Corporate Marketing area. * Carry out checklists and walkthroughs related to in-store visual presentation and display. * Manage and train your team of collaborators as well as store staff to meet operational requirements. * Ensure institutional, promotional, and POP signage complies with manuals and guidelines to provide customers with necessary information.
