Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive impact on the world! **Job Objective** Coordinate and supervise the supply and restocking activities of vending machines; verify the work performed by restockers and the accuracy of inventory in the machines through visits to various locations; and ensure machine functionality to guarantee the best purchasing experience for users.**Responsibilities and Activities** * Supervise staff to ensure proper restocking of vending machines and their correct operation. * Ensure vending machines are adequately stocked for sale in accordance with established processes and policies. * Audit vending machines to confirm they are in optimal condition (cleanliness, order), and report major malfunctions to the supplier via the operational checklist. * Purchase goods and/or spare parts for vending machines with prior authorization from the Zone Supervisor and Operations Manager. * Supervise product delivery to restockers and review the return of the kit provided at the start of operations. * Process payments to suppliers through the relevant department, with proper authorization from the Zone Supervisor and Operations Manager. Verify that route settlements match the cash collected.
