*This vacancy comes from the job board Talenteca.com* ### **Vacancy for the company Maseficiencia in Toluca, State of Mexico** Company dedicated to the distribution of health products requires: Sales Executive with minimum education level of incomplete Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in sales; consultative selling, acquisition of new clients, and sales growth with recurring clients within the hospital, clinics and medical sector (MANDATORY), primarily in the private sector. Additionally, must have experience in building relationships with purchasing departments and operating rooms, ability to generate quotes and determine estimated sales per client as well as their growth potential; also, must have knowledge of any CRM and Office software. Main responsibilities of the position: * Identify, contact and visit potential clients to convert them into recurring clients. * Maintain and improve relationships with existing clients. * Make presentations, show product catalogs and technical sheets. * Attend clients in person, by phone and email, fostering trust-based relationships. * Prepare, send quotations and follow up until closing the sale. * Achieve established sales targets within the scheduled timeframe. * Attend product training sessions, stay updated on advancements, and remain informed about market trends and competition. * Attend events or trade shows related to the role. * Support in designing and conducting market research studies. * Perform administrative tasks related to the role. * Help create spreadsheets and databases containing statistical information on products and customers, including conversion rates, number of visits, and sales amounts for analysis. * Work schedule is hybrid: 80% of work is in the field visiting clients. The remaining 20% is office work, mainly conducted in home office mode. * For market expansion in Toluca, Metepec, and surrounding areas. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 hrs. and Saturdays from 09:00 to 14:00 hrs. The established salary ranges between $18,000 and $24,000 gross, plus statutory benefits and 2% commission on collected sales.
