Summary Based on our purpose of "caring for people so they can give their best," the Rulfo Restaurant Manager is responsible for bringing this purpose to life by executing and delivering the Hyatt brand and brand experiences to all stakeholders: guests, colleagues, customers, owners, and communities. With passion, attention, and a strong work ethic, the manager must actively and consistently engage all stakeholders to listen, learn, and lead a diverse team focused on fostering brand loyalty and cultivating positive guest experiences. The manager is accountable for achieving financial, operational, and team performance results for the Rulfo Restaurant through training, implementation, and monitoring of standards established by Hyatt International. The manager oversees the proper administration of all resources under their responsibility to meet financial and guest satisfaction goals set by management, creating an environment conducive to the efficient execution of departmental duties. The manager empowers team members and embodies the Hyatt Values. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related fields (not always mandatory but highly valued). * Minimum 2–3 years of prior supervisory or managerial experience within the restaurant or hospitality industry. * Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and vendor relations. * Ability to lead and motivate teams. * Conflict resolution and labor relations management skills. * Effective communication with employees, guests, and executives. * Budgeting, cost control, and expense management skills. * Ability to analyze financial reports and make strategic decisions. * Compliance with kitchen and service-area safety and hygiene standards. * Skills to ensure an exceptional dining experience. * Ability to handle complaints and suggestions professionally. * Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software. * Strong digital administration and office tools proficiency. * Intermediate-to-advanced English
