




*JOIN OUR TEAM AS:* ***Restaurant / Bar Administrator*** ***Position Objective:*** Your primary objective will be to ensure the proper functioning of the unit from an administrative perspective, optimizing resources, controlling costs, and maintaining efficient processes that allow for business sustainability and growth. ***Responsibilities:*** · Manage financial, operational, and human resources of the dining facility. · Supervise cost control, inventory, and purchasing. · Implement and monitor efficient administrative procedures. · Handle billing, supplier payments, and cash reconciliations. · Coordinate logistics of supplies, ensuring adequate stock without disrupting operations. · Supervise compliance with tax and accounting regulations. · Collaborate with the Operations Manager to continuously improve business management efficiency. · Generate financial and operational performance reports for management. ***Skills:*** · Financial analysis and cost management. · Proficiency with point-of-sale and inventory systems. · Supplier negotiation and relationship management. · Ability to produce clear and actionable reports. · Efficient problem-solving skills. **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. · Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant, bar, or dining facility administration. **WE OFFER:** · Competitive salary based on experience. · Statutory benefits. **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Work Location: Toluca, Méx.
