




Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Planning Coordinator to plan, organize, and control textile production, ensuring efficiency and adherence to production schedules. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production planning and organization based on the master plan. 2. Inventory control and requisition management to ensure supply. 3. Daily reporting of production progress and quality control. BABY CREYSI IS SEEKING PRODUCTION PLANNING COORDINATOR Profile Education: Industrial Engineering or Textile Engineering Knowledge: * Textile processes * Production scheduling and management Experience: 3 \- 4 years in similar positions Responsibilities: * Plan and organize production for departments based on information provided in the master plan. * Plan and calculate yarn quantity required for weaving and sock manufacturing processes. * Plan raw fabric production per machine. * Plan dyeing and finishing area production by color, kilograms of fabric to be produced, and finishing process required for each fabric type. * Receive the master production schedule for innerwear and outerwear. * Calculate and determine yarn quantity required to produce raw fabric and socks. * Verify existing yarn and fabric inventory levels to initiate yarn requisitions and submit them to General Management for approval and purchase. * Prepare yarn purchase orders and ensure timely submission to suppliers for fulfillment and on-time delivery. * Forward relevant information to the cost accounting department to record the cost of purchased yarn. * Schedule weaving area production according to the productive capacity of each knitting machine and inherent process shrinkage, specifying fabric type per machine, production sequence, and total raw fabric output per shift. * Monitor daily raw fabric production and submit a daily report to the immediate supervisor on production progress versus the master plan. * Schedule dyeing and finishing area production based on fabric types, colors, and finishing requirements, considering shrinkage in each process to avoid failure to meet required production targets. * Monitor daily finished fabric production and submit a daily report to the immediate supervisor on production progress versus the master plan.
