Position Summary: We are seeking a Motorcycle Production Manager with strategic focus and analytical vision to plan, coordinate, and supervise production processes, ensuring goal achievement and continuous improvement. Personnel development and incident resolution At VENTO MOTORCYCLES, a leading company in motorcycle distribution and assembly, we seek a MOTORCYCLE PRODUCTION MANAGER with strategic focus and analytical vision to join our team. OBJECTIVE: Plan, coordinate, and supervise motorcycle production processes, ensuring achievement of volume, quality, cost, and delivery time targets under safety standards and continuous improvement principles. LOCATION: * San Nicolas Tolentino Santin SCHEDULE: * Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM * Availability for weekend work if required REQUIREMENTS: * Industrial Engineering or Logistics, Supply Chain, or related Bachelor's degree * Production experience: minimum 5 years * Inventory management experience: minimum 5 years * KPI management and strategic planning experience: minimum 5 years * CRM/ERP system proficiency (NetSuite preferred) * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills **Automotive industry experience preferred** SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan and control the production schedule according to demand. * Supervise motorcycle assembly lines (chassis, engine, electrical systems, etc.). * Ensure compliance with quality standards at each stage of the process. * Optimize production times and resource utilization (Lean Manufacturing). * Coordinate with logistics, maintenance, quality, and procurement departments. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations. * Implement continuous improvements in production processes. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs): efficiency, scrap rate, downtime, productivity. * Manage and develop direct reports. * Resolve operational incidents and production bottlenecks.
