Supervise assigned personnel. Manage human and material resources within the maintenance department. Handle requests submitted by various departments. Supervise proper logging of records, work orders, and documentation generated within the maintenance department. Monitor correct control of critical system parameters (Purified water, HVAC, Compressed air). Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities performed by maintenance personnel. Manage procurement of spare parts, supplies, and plant consumables for equipment or facilities in general. Maintain control of documentation related to the maintenance department. Coordinate with the purchasing department to fulfill requirements necessary for maintenance of operations and infrastructure. Manage service areas according to plant requirements. Support activities and requests from immediate supervisor. Conduct training and development for assigned personnel. Coordinate with the calibration department to ensure proper calibration of equipment and systems. Follow up and close maintenance deviations. Develop, update, and modify maintenance department procedures as required. Develop and monitor change controls, deviations, CAPA plans, risk management activities when required, applying necessary quality tools. Analyze and develop risk management studies for processes or activities carried out in the maintenance department. Supervise that assigned personnel properly dispose of waste according to established guidelines. Submit support requests to the IT department related to the maintenance department. Request Service Level Agreements related to equipment and systems under their responsibility. Supervise that equipment, systems, and areas remain identified according to corresponding lists. Perform backups of systems, computerized systems, and equipment.
