Service Advisors: Direct customers according to scheduled appointments. Service Assistants: Escort customers arriving at reception who wish to schedule an appointment. Public Counter: Guide customers to the requested area for parts or accessories purchases. Marketing/CRM Manager: Provide customer satisfaction exit surveys for subsequent analysis and corrective actions. **EXTERNAL** Customers: Administer customer satisfaction exit surveys. **MAIN CHALLENGES.** Perform all assigned tasks correctly the first time. **DECISIONS (Most representative and decision framework).** Assign a Service Advisor to customers arriving without an appointment due to an emergency.
