




**PURPOSES.** Prepare written documents requested by the General Manager and Accounting. Operate the switchboard in accordance with operational procedures and the Quality Management System. Review supplier invoices and prepare corresponding receipt acknowledgments. Maintain the bank ledger records and file disbursement policies. Prepare purchase requisitions and stationery requests for Administration and General Management. Provide secretarial services and errands for General Management and Administrative Management. Make phone calls as requested by departments and keep a record of them. Receive clients and visitors to the agency, providing only non-confidential information upon request. Be responsible for photocopying services. Deliver correspondence to the respective management after registering it, and inform General Management accordingly. Comply with and enforce all instructions from the Quality Management System, as well as Safety, Hygiene, and Ecology measures. **Required Knowledge:** Typing. Computer skills. Customer service.
