Industrial Engineer with a food focus. Completed. * Gender: Indifferent * Location**: ***AGUASCALIENTES*** * Audit duration: 2 hours to 2:30 minutes per store * Availability for training and certification (2 weeks, virtual and in-store) * The auditor purchases their own materials and is reimbursed 3 months after remaining with us. **Job Responsibilities:** * Ensure audits are conducted according to client standards * **Report any critical situation to management in accordance with protocol** * Record activities and incident checklists, as well as opportunities for improvement * Verify food handling processes according to client protocols **Knowledge:** * ***Quality Management Systems.*** * ***Good Manufacturing Practices.*** * ***Knowledge of Servsafe Certification, Standard 251, Standard 051*** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google applications, and communication tools * **Knowledge of HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC or similar.
