




**EXECUTIVE CHEF / HOTEL CHEF** *Hotel located behind Toluca Airport* **Salary: $18,000 net monthly** **Schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** (full-time) **Job Description** We are looking for an **experienced Hotel Chef** to lead kitchen operations, ensure food quality, and provide an exceptional experience for our guests. This position is ideal for a creative, organized individual with a passion for service. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily food production for restaurant, room service, and events. * Design and update menus, considering costs, seasonality, and quality. * Manage supplies, inventory, and food costs (food cost). * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality standards. * Train and coordinate kitchen staff. * Supervise plating, portioning, and presentation of each dish. * Guarantee efficient operations during high-volume periods. * Collaborate with the purchasing department for proper supply management. **Requirements** * Minimum of **2 years of experience as a Chef** or Head Cook in hotels or restaurants. * Proven knowledge in kitchen management, costing, and hygienic food handling. * Degree in Gastronomy (desirable). * Leadership skills, creativity, and excellent interpersonal abilities. * Availability to work at a hotel located behind Toluca Airport. **We Offer** * **$18,000 NET per month.** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Job stability in a recognized hotel. * Professional environment and growth opportunities.
