




**Position: VIP Residential Chef** **Location:** Manilalco / Toluca **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off per week We are seeking a **Professional Chef** with experience in **private residences or VIP service**, capable of preparing varied, nutritious, and high-quality menus with personalized attention. **Responsibilities:** * Daily preparation of food with excellent presentation. * Design and execution of **distinctive menus** (gourmet, healthy, international, comfort food, etc.). * Purchasing, inventory control, and selection of fresh, high-quality ingredients. * Maintaining a clean, organized kitchen adhering to professional standards. * Providing respectful, discreet, and highly service-oriented attention. * Adapting to the family’s preferences, dietary restrictions, or special needs. * Supporting private events held within the residence. **Requirements:** * Experience as a **Chef in private residences, boutique hotels, fine-dining restaurants**, or personalized service. * Knowledge of national and international gastronomy. * Excellent seasoning skills, presentation, and culinary creativity. * Punctuality, organization, hygiene, and absolute confidentiality. * Preferably residing near the area or having personal transportation. **We Offer:** * A stable and respectful work environment. * A fully equipped kitchen and professional atmosphere. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity to showcase culinary creativity through customized menus.
