**U.S.-based quality raffle company serving the automotive industry is seeking:** **Quality Engineer** **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience * Experience in the automotive industry. * Knowledge and application of quality tools: **Ishikawa, 5 Whys, 8D**. * Familiarity with quality standards such as **IATF 16949** and **ISO 9001**. * Industrial Engineering or related field * Personnel management experience * Advanced English **Job Objective:** Supervise, coordinate, and ensure proper execution of inspection, sorting, and rework activities at the client's plant, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards and the client's specific requirements. Serve as the direct liaison with the client to address quality issues. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure correct on-site implementation of quality procedures. * Attend quality meetings and provide technical support for incidents or nonconformities. * Identify and document root causes of quality problems using tools such as Ishikawa, 5 Whys, and 8D. * Prepare technical reports and daily, weekly, or monthly result reports as required. * Ensure compliance with customer standards, as well as standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001\. * Maintain effective communication with the client * Support internal and external audits when necessary. **Benefits:** Grocery vouchers Savings fund Additional year-end bonus days Individual Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SGMM) Social Security (SV).
