Partner with cross-functional teams to impact well-being and business #### **About this Position** We are looking for a passionate and driven EHS Manager to shape and lead our Environmental, Health, and Safety agenda, ensuring the highest standards of compliance while fostering a strong, proactive safety culture. In this role, you will partner closely with cross\-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, enable sustainable operations, and make a tangible impact on the well\-being of our people and the performance of our business. #### **What you´ll do** * Drive the SHE strategy and objectives for the area of responsibility and use appropriate reporting tools * Work with relevant functions to develop and implement standards and procedures * Ensure continuous improvement in all relevant SHE areas * Support global audit management * Manage the review and renewal of SHE related legal permits, licences, etc. * Perform required monthly/quarterly reporting, i.e. site sustainability metrics and man hour reporting, monthly reporting on SHEQ KPI status * Investigate and analyse root causes of incidents, assist in developing corrective actions and document results in Henkel's reporting system * Development and delivery of SHE training for all stakeholders * Develop, deliver and support workplace risk assessments for responsible sites * Ensure coordination of contingency plans * Discontinue any activity or process that does not meet minimum safety requirements or any unsafe condition or behaviour. * Support on site during EH\&S audits #### **What makes you a good fit** * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health \& Safety, Engineering, or a related field * Proven experience in EHS roles within manufacturing, industrial, or chemical environments * Strong knowledge of local EHS regulations and global standards * Experience driving safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives * Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across different levels of the organization * Strong problem\-solving skills and a proactive, hands\-on mindset * Experience managing audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations * Excellent communication skills in English * Certification in EHS (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001\) is a plus #### **Some perks of joining Henkel** * Diverse national and international growth opportunities * Global wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs * Gender\-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks * Employee Share Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares * Flexible Benefits * Meal vouchers * Savings fund * Friday early finish At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
