Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Coordinator to lead operations, supervise processes, train personnel, and ensure compliance with standards at a leading PET recycling company. Leading PET Recycling Company W e e k l y R e q u i r e m e n t s **Production Coordinator** Education: Industrial Engineering or related field Requirements: Experience as Coordinator or Supervisor Availability to work all three shifts Responsibilities Responsibilities: · Coordinates optimal operation of processes and maximizes utilization of resources assigned to their areas. · Operations on production lines. · Training for newly hired personnel. · Ensures staff activities are performed at established frequencies and in compliance with procedures. · Reports production line results by shift. · Manages administrative tasks for the shift (attendance, team changes, vacations, overtime, etc.). · Supervises operators under their responsibility to ensure tasks are performed according to job descriptions. · Monitors equipment operating conditions through directing production line operators during periodic process walkthroughs using checklists. · Reports detected anomalies to the relevant department and generates work orders in the system or via email. · Coordinates and follows up on all activities carried out by cell leaders under their supervision. · Ensures production reports for the shift are prepared and distributed by previously designated personnel. · Ensures proper application of the Internal Work Regulations and other organizational policies. · Responds to emergency situations according to established procedures and/or emergency brigades. · Supports identification of process improvement opportunities and proposes enhancement ideas. · Follows up on energy-saving campaigns. · Uses production line equipment correctly to achieve objectives. · Belongs to the food safety team.
