Position Summary: We are seeking General Assistants to support packaging, palletizing, area and machine cleaning on NESCAFE production lines at the Toluca PAC factory. Key Highlights: 1. Learning packaging and palletizing processes 2. Assisting with cleaning and basic equipment maintenance 3. Recovering products blocked due to quality issues TOLUCA PAC FACTORY, NESCAFE RECRUITS GENERAL ASSISTANTS REQUIREMENTS: * Completed junior high school or high school * Availability for rotating shifts: 6 working days, 1 day off during the week * Minimum 3 months of experience in production areas. * Interested candidates must report in person to the Nestlé factory (entrance via cafés, descending the pedestrian bridge) between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM, bringing an application form and identification; ask for Katia Ayllon. * Schedule your interview via WhatsApp: 5580371527 Responsibilities: Responsible for learning proper product packaging and palletizing across various production lines as required; assisting with area and machine cleaning according to line standards; operating the stretch wrapper correctly; ensuring proper placement of pallets in the finished goods area; and recovering quality-blocked products by strictly following standardized procedures. A Day in the Life of... * Correctly packaging finished products coming from cartoners and/or packers, ensuring accurate count of sachets/displays/corrugated boxes when palletizing, per the specification sheet for each assigned production line. * Assisting with area and equipment cleaning on the line requiring it, following the cleaning checklist step-by-step. * Supporting format changeovers and basic machine maintenance (deep cleaning), under guidance from the shift leader, assigned technician, and/or the line’s primary operator. * Recovering quality-blocked products by following correct quality and safety procedures. * Understanding the operating principle of the strapping machine and manual loading skid, identifying associated operational risks, and undergoing continuous training.
