Recovering products blocked due to quality issues NESTLÉ TOLUCA FACTORY **PAC** IS HIRING GENERAL ASSISTANTS REQUIREMENTS: * Completed elementary or junior high school education * Availability for rotating shifts: 6 working days, 1 day off during the week * Minimum 3 months of experience in production areas * Interested candidates must report in person to the Nestlé factory (entrance via cafés, descending the pedestrian bridge) between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM, bringing an application form and official ID; ask for Katia Ayllon * Schedule your interview via WhatsApp: 5580371527 Responsibilities: Responsible for learning proper product packaging and palletizing across various production lines as required; assisting with area and machine cleaning according to line standards; correctly operating the stretch wrapper; ensuring proper placement of pallets in the finished goods area; and recovering products blocked due to quality issues by strictly following standardized procedures. A Day in the Life: * Correctly package finished products coming from cartoners and/or packagers, ensuring accurate counts of sachets/displays/corrugated boxes when palletizing, per the specification sheet for each assigned production line product. * Assist with area and equipment cleaning on the assigned production line, following the cleaning checklist step-by-step. * Support format changeovers and basic machine maintenance (deep cleaning), under guidance from the shift leader, assigned technician, and/or the line’s primary operator. * Recover products blocked due to quality issues, adhering strictly to correct quality and safety procedures. * Understand the operating principle of the strapping machine and manual loading skid, identify associated operational risks, and undergo continuous training.
