What will be your mission?
To timely carry out administrative and customer service activities for clients, sales force, and suppliers to ensure the proper functioning of the Service Unit.
Main Responsibilities:
* Timely execute the policy issuance process—from application receipt through policy printing and delivery—for both Individual Life and Group Life insurance.
* Provide service and support to the entire Sales Force (in-house Sales Force, Independent Agents, and Brokers).
* Provide service and follow-up on claims submitted by insured parties for both Individual Life and Group Life insurance.
* Register access credentials for Individual Life and Group Life agents.
* Safeguard and ensure timely, loss-free dispatch of various files—including those required for policy issuance.
* Receive and route calls related to operational and commercial matters of the office.
* Participate in executing various retention strategies—generating and distributing loyalty certificates, cancellation and/or retention reports upon insured parties’ requests.
* Generate multiple operational reports (e.g., issuance, customer service, claims, agent onboarding, etc.).
* Establish relationships with suppliers related to office operations.
* Execute and assist in the collections process—including visits to retainers to resolve any delays or issues.
* Manage and monitor the business unit’s expense budget.
* Administer the office and coordinate payment of corresponding services, as well as expense verification.
* Support optimal coordination of branch events.
* Coordinate supply of materials for various commercial and operational retention strategies.
* Coordinate travel.
* Perform other duties as stipulated by applicable legal, regulatory, or administrative provisions and by immediate supervisors, within the scope of assigned authority.
LIFE INSURANCE EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY
Professional education in: economics or administration fields.
Excel: Intermediate
Knowledge of life insurance

Salary: $12,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month
