**RECRUITMENT CONSULTING is looking for Accounts Receivable in Naucalpan \- Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Important company for the TORITO AREA, SAN LUIS TLATILCO in NAUCALPAN: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST Requirements  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (graduated)  Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar positions  ERP proficiency (PROSCAI mandatory)  Advanced Excel skills (minimum 90%)  Solid knowledge of SAT, Tax Code, VAT, and Income Tax Main Responsibilities  Portfolio management: monitor and track accounts receivable, control due dates, proactively contact clients for collections.  Invoicing and validation: upload invoices to customer portals, verify customer invoices on portals such as Walmart, Suburbia, Coppel, beware of the dog, for tracking and reconciliation of collections against portals.  Customer relations: handle clarifications, maintain constant communication with payment officers.  Recording and linking of expenses, invoices (PDF/XML), and REP in PROSCAI  Updating Cash Flow and reconciling Accounts Payable/Receivable.  Reviewing, approving, and tracking payment requests.  Adding and updating suppliers and customers in PROSCAI.  Supervising operational expenses (gasoline, groceries, stationery) and inventories.  Generating SAT reports and monthly accounting closing.
