The Atomizer Mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimal operation of atomization equipment within our manufacturing facility. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient production and minimizing downtime. Job Responsibilities:\*\* * Perform routine preventative maintenance on all atomization machinery, including pumps, nozzles, air compressors, and control systems. * Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues related to atomization equipment. * Execute repairs, replacements, and adjustments of machine components to restore functionality. * Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and proactively address them. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory. * Collaborate with production teams to optimize atomization processes and improve equipment performance. * Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance and repair operations. * Assist in the installation and commissioning of new atomization equipment. * Provide technical support and training to junior technicians or production staff as needed. * Suggest and implement improvements to existing atomization processes or equipment.
