**Position**: ***Manager of Quality Projects and Excellence*** * *50% Ocoyoacac – 50% Cuautitlán* * *100% on-site* * *Contract type: Indefinite* About the position **Our team:** By joining our team, you will be responsible for managing specific Quality projects, as well as all initiatives related to operational excellence and continuous improvement within the area. **Specific Responsibilities:** * Lead special Quality projects * Act as a quality assurance function within local or global projects (Capex or Opex) * Lead the department’s performance program * Direct the quality department’s continuous improvement leaders * Responsible for specific quality control projects and providing site support in quality control projects (non-analytical) * Drive performance across the different areas within Quality: Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, and Regulatory Quality * Promote continuous improvement through the application of SMS tools for process optimization and implementation of the ecosystem model within the quality area * Promote organizational culture aligned with policies, leadership practices, diversity and inclusion, PTW behaviors (play to win), serving as a role model for the team * Ensure identification, assessment, and communication of site quality/compliance risks and contribute to defining mitigation/remediation plans * Contribute to site quality oversight through Management Quality Visits and Gemba walks * Support the quality team during regulatory inspections, audits, and communications from regulatory authorities * Contribute to continuous improvement and development of a site quality culture by supporting the implementation of the quality plan and prioritizing the quality team's continuous improvement objectives in alignment with established CBNs and foundational elements * Identify, evaluate, and control impacts/aspects and risks related to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) About you * **Experience**: Solid experience in Quality Assurance, Production, leading teams, and implementing projects * **Soft Skills**: Leadership, high level of influence and communication * **Technical Skills**: Knowledge and experience in production, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance; experience leading work teams; knowledge of national and international pharmaceutical regulations; experience managing quality projects * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, pharmacy, biotechnology, chemistry, or Chemical Engineering * **Languages**: Advanced English required Pursue progress, discover extraordinary Better is out there.
