Position Summary: An Electromechanical Maintenance Technician who supports customer, supplier, and contractor interactions to ensure task and work order completion, and who is part of the Maintenance team. Opportunity for growth within the world’s leading real estate services firm As a CBRE Technician, you will support interactions with customers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure that tasks and work orders for the assigned site are completed. This position is part of the Maintenance team, which focuses on all operational aspects, providing support to the assigned Manager regarding repairs, maintenance, and various plans. Electromechanical Maintenance Technician **Education:** Technical or incomplete degree in Electricity. Experience: Minimum 2 years **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** Infrastructure repair work. Lighting fixture repair. Support to technicians in electrical work, work at height, and hot work. Execution of repair work requests in plumbing. Primarily assisting the maintenance technician. Repairing leaks in the main potable water, irrigation, and reuse piping ring. Maintenance of irrigation pumps. Maintenance of the irrigation system. External piping repair work.
