Logging in service logs and road tests. *Company seeking a Diesel Mechanic in Ocoyoacac, State of Mexico* **Job Objective** Execute the preventive and corrective maintenance program for diesel vehicle units, ensuring optimal fleet performance, minimizing downtime, and guaranteeing safety conditions and regulatory compliance. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive maintenance (oil changes, filter replacements, fluid level and system inspections). * Diagnose and repair diesel engines. * Use scan tools for fault code detection and analysis. * Inspect critical systems: brakes, suspension, steering, and transmission. * Diagnose and repair diesel fuel injection systems. * Record and manage service entries in maintenance logs. * Conduct road tests after service completion. **Requirements** * Education: Diesel Mechanics or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in diesel mechanics (trucks or heavy machinery). * Knowledge of: * Diesel injection systems (common rail preferred). * Brake systems (including air brakes). * Electronic diagnostics and OBD reading. * Major and minor preventive and corrective maintenance. * Class E driver's license (preferred). * Availability for project-based / field work. **Competencies** * Accurate technical diagnosis. * Ability to work under pressure. * Sense of urgency. * Order and cleanliness in the workplace (5S methodology). * Focus on safety and prevention. **We Offer** * **Net monthly salary of $18,500** * **Statutory benefits** * **Career growth opportunities** **Work Location** * Mexico\-Toluca Highway Salary: $18,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
