We offer you a collaborative environment, continuous training, and the opportunity to grow professionally. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. * Experience: 1 year or more in a similar position. * Knowledge of ERP systems. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Collection of accounting information (income and expense invoices), bank statements, work papers (cash reports, expense logs, bank transactions). * Timely recording of income and expenses with bank movements in the corresponding system. * Verify that income and expenses are correctly recorded. * Validate bank reconciliation of client account statements managed either in the CROL system or in work papers. * Determine, prepare, and file state and federal taxes for each client. * Send tax payment reference codes for state and federal taxes. * Record tax provisions in the accounting system (CROL). * Record depreciation and amortization entries. * Review and verify accounting accounts in the trial balance at the end of each monthly period. * Prepare and send financial statements. * Submit DIOT and electronic accounting. * Perform monthly tax pre-closing and submission. * Approve and authorize tax filings. * Generate invoicing via CROL, SAT portal, or applicable system. * Record payroll, IMSS, and severance payments. * Perform annual tax pre-closing. * Deliver physical (if applicable) and electronic information to clients. * Handle RFC changes and updates. * Update information and accounting records for new clients. * Provide customer service and advisory. **COMPETENCIES:** * Customer service. * Effective communication. * Analytical skills. * Self-taught ability. * Follow-up and control. * Detail-oriented. * Organization. * Excel proficiency. **WE OFFER:** * Net salary $12,000.00 to $15,000.00 monthly (negotiable based on experience) * Statutory benefits + savings fund * Reduced working hours **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. **Work location:** Metepec, next to Costco. *Don't miss the opportunity to join our team!* Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Desirable) Experience: * General accounting: 1 year (Desirable) * ERP: 1 year (Desirable) Workplace: On-site job
