DE C.V.** A leading company specializing in the production of aquaculture and pet food, adhering to the most stringent quality standards, is seeking, due to expansion: **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** **Requirements:** · **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields. · **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in corporate finance, accounting, and tax areas. · **Digital Skills:** Experience with ERP systems and intermediate–advanced Excel. · **Additional Competencies:** Ability to work in a dynamic environment and customer-oriented mindset. **Technical Knowledge:** 1\. Journal entry recording, invoice review, information reconciliation. 2\. Submission of reports on recorded transactions. 3\. Downloading compliance opinions, bank reconciliations. 4\. Preparation and verification of expense and revenue schedules. 5\. Tax calculation, interest calculation, and payroll processing. 6\. Daily reconciliation of income and sales. 7\. Validation of accounting information versus sales systems. 8\. Control and review of supporting documentation. 9\. Management of prepayments, credit balances, and overdue accounts. 10\. Support in invoicing (SAT 4.0\) 11\. Cleanup of accounting accounts. 12\.
