Results-oriented approach and development Responsibilities * Promote a customer-centric culture to deepen customer relationships and leverage the Bank’s extensive network, systems, and expertise. * Carry out all operations related to the Products and Services established by the Institution, conducted over the counter, in accordance with the policies, procedures, and legal requirements set forth by the Bank. * Contribute as a member of the branch service team to its success by achieving agreed-upon objectives to deliver quality and excellent service to customers, complying with the Bank’s established standards and procedures, and correctly executing all service activities outlined in our Sales and Service Philosophy. * Services must always be delivered with respect, friendliness, honesty, promptness, intelligence, and efficiency in daily interactions to support customer retention and maintain our position as Mexico’s top bank in service quality.
