Provide customer service with respect, friendliness, honesty, and efficiency Responsibilities * Promote a customer-centric culture to deepen customer relationships and leverage the Bank’s extensive relationships, systems, and expertise. * Conduct all transactions arising from the Bank’s established Products and Services, conducted over the counter, in compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and applicable legal requirements. * Contribute as a member of the branch service team to the branch’s success by achieving agreed-upon objectives to deliver high-quality, excellent service to customers through adherence to the Bank’s established standards and procedures, and by correctly executing all service activities outlined in our Sales and Service Philosophy. * Services must always be delivered with respect, friendliness, honesty, speed, intelligence, and efficiency in daily interactions to help retain our customers and maintain our position as Mexico’s top bank for service quality.
