




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to sell and provide advisory services for agricultural inputs, managing the full sales cycle and customer follow-up in the State of Mexico. REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Bachelor’s degree * Age: 30–50 years * Residence in the State of Mexico * Valid driver’s license Type B or C (driver) * Willingness and ability to travel and stay overnight EXPERIENCE: * Sales of agricultural inputs * Sales and marketing * Customer advisory services * Knowledge of strategy * Market knowledge * Prospecting * Collections * Planning development * Portfolio development * Familiarity with the sales territory (State of Mexico) * Customer portfolio management * Preparation of sales forecasts FUNCTIONS: * Continuous improvement of sales department processes * Implementation of improvements in ERP systems * Reinforcement and strengthening of corporate culture * Acquisition, entry, and updating of complete customer data into the system * Execution of the full sales cycle: prospecting, first contact, proposal, negotiation, delivery, collections, and loyalty building * Product evaluation to determine specific sales tactics per product * Identification and documentation of customer purchasing potential—both volume and price * Monitoring of consumption and yield per customer * Credit control granted to customers, aligned with their financial capacity * Advisory services to external customers on crop development, fertilization, plant protection, and plant nutrition * Follow-up on timely customer payments * Placement of all products designated by the company, in accordance with established priority order * Proficiency in application software usage * Timely capture of customer requirements * Identification of new products based on forecast data * Brand positioning through strategic product display at customer retail shelves * Management of invoices, credit notes, waybills, payment complements, and re-invoicing * Credit control granted to customers, aligned with their financial capacity * Ensuring recovery of outstanding customer balances resulting from payment defaults * 100% procedural compliance supervision * System integration of all existing products in the portfolio * Communication to staff of commission eligibility criteria * Customer satisfaction surveys * Follow-up and resolution of customer incidents * Driving increased customer purchases based on strategic initiatives COMPETENCIES: * Adaptability to change * Adherence to rules and regulations * Commitment * Integrity * Leadership * Results orientation * Customer orientation * Problem solving * Decision making OFFER: * Comprehensive compensation package: monthly base salary + bonuses + savings fund + grocery vouchers = MXN 30,000 gross * Biweekly payroll * Monthly commissions * Statutory benefits: social security, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), vacation, maternity/paternity leave, statutory holidays * Additional benefits: life insurance and major medical expense insurance * Tools: Agricam vehicle, tablet, laptop, wireless headset, corporate mobile phone, expense card, fuel card, toll card * Continuous learning, process-based work, and training Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
