




Summary: This role involves developing and maintaining quality systems for manufacturing operations to achieve product and process quality metrics and supporting the Stellantis Industrial System. Highlights: 1. Develop and maintain quality systems for manufacturing operations 2. Contribute to the achievement of Quality Objectives 3. Support the Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) Program and tools Develop and Maintain Quality Systems that support the daily Manufacturing Operations to meet Product and Process Quality metrics and Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) by working closely with Operations Team Members, Team Leaders, Technical Support Specialists and Business Unit Leaders. Quality Systems include Equipment and In\-line Gages Qualification Requirements, CMM, Metrology and Metallurgical Lab System, Dimensional Capability, Analysis and Risk Assessment. Monitoring new issues reported through Palantir for mapping source stations and containments Contribute to the achievement of Quality Objectives. Working closely with Production team to challenge the PQG's (Quality gates) offering tangible knowledge to move or set new checks in system. Command processes of internal alert (Post Its) creation to the quality organization, from PQG, Cert Line and inform responsible parties about them. Meeting with SCA and Production to check top quality claims and challenge the current quality controls if necessary (DVx and SCA). Develop and maintain control plans for assembly processes. Support and contribute to Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) Program and tools. Understand QMS/MQGR standards and all PS related to them to implement them at the plant\-Support the continuous use of Production Quality Practical Problem\-Solving Methods and Processes for major quality issues arising from Gauging, Production, Control Plans, Dimensional Issues, and Quality Check Routes, Leak Test, Functional non\-conformances. Provide timely feedback to Manufacturing Operations on problems identified for actions to be taken quickly to address Quality issues immediately. Report to Management using Daily Quality Indicators that are compiled from Functional Audit, Dock Audits, Customer (Vehicle Plant and Field) Returns and Problems, Production Quality Issues every shift and follow\-up on actions taken by the respective departments to eliminate or mitigate the Quality issues. Facilitate meetings between various functions including Manufacturing Operations, Production Control, Manufacturing Engineering (Technical Support Specialists), Resident Engineering, Finance, to arrive at dispositions that impact Product Quality. Coordinate with SQA, 3rd party service provider, Production Control and Manufacturing Operations for Receiving Inspection, In\-line inspection and sorting, Teardown and Autopsy **Plant Manufacturing Team:** Reporting the internal KPI issues due to non\-conformities from their process and validating the action plans to overcome them (special focus on repeated issues, and safety problems) **Requirements:** 3\+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE ENGINEERING GRADUATE ADVANCED LEVEL OF ENGLISH
