Job Description and Activity Details **Job Objective** Provide technical support for the development, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes in an assembly environment, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with quality standards, and proper documentation of operations. Experience and Requirements **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the design and implementation of new processes and engineering changes. * Design and implement fixtures and error-proofing devices (Poka-Yoke). * Participate in the validation of new products and processes. * Develop, update, and implement Work Instructions for new and existing operations. * Provide direct technical support to Production areas. * Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Kanban. * Use quality tools and analytical techniques for problem solving (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Red X, DOE). * Generate and track action plans. * Ensure compliance with the ISO 9001 quality management system. **Requirements:** * Completed technical degree or currently enrolled/pursuing a degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (mandatory). * Basic English. * Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering or process roles within an assembly environment. * Knowledge of Continuous Improvement techniques. * Experience applying Quality Methods. * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). **Competencies:** * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Analytical mindset and attention to detail. * Proactivity. * Problem-solving ability.
